Egypt
I’ve had the honor of working with many Egyptians on issues of justice and equality before the law. The bad photo of me below is from the Cairo-based newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm, in an article on religious freedom (summary translation here). But it’s very easy to talk while other people have their families and safety on the line. So, although none of us know what’s happening next, here’s to all the brave Egyptians currently standing up for the future of their country.
Update: For Arabic speakers, Rose Bouquet is a blog from the perspective of a Baha’i in Egypt.
